☁️πŸ₯š πŸ₯“ Cloud Eggs with Bacon

For the past two mornings I’ve been cooking cloud eggs for breakfast. They’re pretty easy to make. The texture is different than the normal fried or scrambled eggs. I like the combination of fluffy, airy whites with bits of bacon and the runny yoke.

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2-4 strips of Bacon
  • 2-4 Eggs

Equipment

The hard part, for me, was separating the yokes without them breaking. Both times I had at least one yoke break. In those cases, I just poured it over the cloud and baked anyway.
