For the past two mornings I've been cooking cloud eggs for breakfast. They're pretty easy to make. The texture is different than the normal fried or scrambled eggs. I like the combination of fluffy, airy whites with bits of bacon and the runny yoke.
Here's the recipe:

- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2-4 strips of Bacon
- 2-4 Eggs

Equipment
The hard part, for me, was separating the yokes without them breaking. Both times I had at least one yoke break. In those cases, I just poured it over the cloud and baked anyway.
